Claude Code is an excellent terminal-native coding agent, and it now runs subagents, agent teams and its own worktree isolation. Memory stops at Claude Code

Auto memory carries a project forward inside Claude Code. The decisions you made in a Codex or Cursor session yesterday are not in it, so the picture is per-tool rather than per-project.

Context and cost, per tool

/context and /cost report the session in front of you. Running four agents means four separate readings and no single number for the work as a whole.

Prevention, not reversion

Permissions, hooks and enforced worktree isolation stop an agent before it acts. Nothing documented reverts an out-of-scope edit that has already landed in your working tree.

The Team and Enterprise analytics dashboard covers Claude Code usage and spend. A lead running mixed tooling still has no one place to see what the team spent this week.
